POLICIES:
Harlem’s Closet, LLC Policies have been UPDATED as of September 2020. Please read thoroughly through our Policies and Procedures with orders, pre-orders, shipping and handling.
PLEASE READ ALL OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO ORDERING:
***By placing an order with Harlemscloset.com you are agreeing to 100% abide by our policies. All policies must be followed otherwise we reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders at any time.
AUTHENTICITY:
All sneakers and footwear are 100% authentic, new in original box. Clothing items that may be vintage and or thrift-ed may be “bootleg”, but this will be stated in product description. There are no exceptions in regard to sneakers being authentic, please do not email asking. We work with many authorized stores and only receive our items from licensed retailers. We have no control over quality or manufacture defects, including condition of the box; or RFID tags being removed. All items are authentic A grade, not marked defective therefore any defects we are not responsible for. Sorry, that would be on the brand (e.g. Nike, Jordan, Adidas) or shipping and we cannot accept a return or exchange for any of these reasons.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
All pre orders and items have a cancellation fee ($30 USD). If you order a pre order please be positive and willing to wait for item to release. You cannot request an order cancellation within one week of official release. There will always be a cancellation fee if you request to cancel the order except for only one scenario (outlined below). See below for details:
Pre Orders are in general guaranteed. There are ONLY a few exceptions in which a pre order would not be and we would have to issue store credit (in which that then becomes on the brand and is not subject to a cancellation fee due to not your request). Also please keep in mind releases change in style and time so please refer to the item description for further details. For example, placeholder pics are often used before we have official pics. We are not subject to a brand pushing back a release date; thus if cancellation requested will be subject to fee. As listed in our store policies, there are NO returns on items.

Shipping and Handling Time
ALL items ship in the handling time listed within that particular item.
All in-stock orders are typically sent within 1-3 business days from time of order with tracking information provided. Items listed as a pre-order, please see above.
Returns/Exchanges
At this time, no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted on any product, including custom work, in-stock and pre-ordered merchandise.
If an in stock purchase has to be cancelled on our end due to out of inventory or some error, the order will not be subject to the same store credit only option as for pre-orders and a full refund will be given back to the original payment method.
International Orders
Harlemscloset.com has no control over shipping time with international orders. We do our best to expedite the shipping process for our international customers once the order is available to be filled. However, there are extraneous factors that may cause a delay in shipping time, such as customs in the country in which the item is to be shipped.
Duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations including duties and fees before placing your order. Harlemscloset.com does our best to mitigate customs fees, but the overall responsibility lies with the customer. Customs fees will not be accepted as a reason for order cancellation or refusal. Refunds will not be offered on any customs fees paid by the customer.
